We do not hold records of credit card details which you may provide during the purchase process. 


All pricing quoted is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST.

Product Availability 

We try our best to keep all product information as accurate as possible. There may be times when we unexpectedly run out of a product, and we will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible, or provide a refund in instances where stock is not available.

Order Changes

Usually, once we receive an order, we are unable to make changes for any reason. We recommend you await the delivery of your order, and then proceed through our Returns & Exchanges process. However, we love to help, so if the matter is urgent, please contact us at info@cliktile.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping in Australia. For international shipping costs, please contact info@cliktile.com.au


Your purchase is usually dispatch the next working day with Australia Post or a courier agency. Bulkier items, including large boxes may take a tad longer.

If you request your item to be left on your premises, you agree to take full responsibility for any parcel that becomes lost or stolen.


Unfortunately we can cannot offer a refund for change of mind reasons. Please contact us a info@cliktile.com.au if you have any issues with your product and we will assist you.

    Sale Items

    Unfortunately we can not accept returns on sale or promotional items. Please choose carefully as all sale item purchases are final.

    Damaged/Faulty Items

    If there are any problems with your order, please send an email (including photos of the fault or damage) within 7 days of your online purchase, and we will arrange a refund or exchange.
